Which Shapewear Should I wear Under my Jeans

Which Shapewear Should I wear Under my Jeans

We all have friends that only wear clothes that have the Polo pony or CK emblem on them. Waltzing around the department store (who goes there anymore, anyway?), you have many choices of brands to choose from. You can look around and decide which brand you’d like to become a walking billboard for (yes, that’s what you are for them; you actually paid them to advertise their logo on your chest).

But which shapewear should you wear UNDER your jeans? Well that’s more trickey. You can no longer show off how much you’ve spent and which designers you prefer.

Shapewear is about you. You get to show off how much you care about you. You get to pay to advertise yourself.

So which slimming wear should you wear under your clothes? Which shapewear should you buy? Don’t look at the tag; look for the piece to suit your figure. Whether you are looking for high waisted pants or a full bodysuit slimming wear, look for the one that will make your BodyBeautiful.

When you open your closet and decide what to wear, choose shapewear that will enhance the look; don’t try to match the name on the tag. Remember, shaping wear, whether it’s a tank top or briefs - it’s all about advertising you.

What is the Best Shapewear for me?

What is the Best Shapewear for me?

Do you find yourself overwhelmed with the choices of shapewear brands available?
Do you find yourself asking" which brand of shapewear is best for me"?
Well you're not alone in this quest and this question is not unique to shapewear.
It isn't just that we are bombarded with advertisements for competing brands; We are inundated with choices when we visit stores or shop online.
From toothpaste to handbags - and everything in between - companies are all vying for your eyeballs and wallets
Everyone wants you to spend your hard earned money with them.
So how do you choose which brand to buy?
The rule of thumb is you want the company that focuses on their products, not on their branding.
Steve Jobs famously spent equal amounts of time on the Mac as he did on its box and packaging. What you may not know is that many well known brands are the same. They spend many hours and dollars on creating their packaging, whether it is creating a subtle look or eye catching guise.
Where you really should spend your money is with the guy that spends all that time and money on perfecting his product - not the hanger , tag or tagline.
Which shapewear is best for me? Will shapewear flatten my tummy? Sometimes you gotta try the brand that makes your BodyBeautiful

    Will Shapewear really work?

    Will Shapewear really work?

So you’re looking down at your flab and wondering “will shapewear flatten my tummy?” and “Is shapewear effective?”.

If you’re looking down and you can’t see your toes, then “will shapewear flatten my tummy?” is the wrong question you need to be asking yourself.

If you can make out the tips of your toenails from underneath that midsection flubber, then you’re on the right track and you need to squeeze into some slimming wear.

Shapewear will accentuate the beauty you’ve already got. It won’t transform you into anyone you see on TV, but it will bring to light the best you. It may not get the paparazzi flashing lights at you, but it will allow you to strut along in that favorite dress of yours and feel beautiful and confident.

So, is shapewear effective? As an alternative to a gym membership, hell no. To feeling and looking great, hell ya.

    How to Shop for Shapewear

    How to Shop for Shapewear

The process of buying shapewear can be a little confusing, so we provided some tips to address the questions you may have.

Does shapewear conflict with body positivity?

Since its inceptions, modern shapewear has served as a quick fix to help women appear to have the ideal shape.

This may cause people to wonder, can consumers buy and wear shapewear without perpetuating unrealistic beauty standards?

At Body Beautiful Shapewear we encourage people to love their bodies and want women to have the confidence they need to succeed in life with or without shapewear!

You can love your body and still prefer to present it in a certain way. Using shapewear does not mean you hate your body the same way applying makeup does not mean you hate your face. If you like the way it makes you look and feel, and you want to wear it, go for it!

    Shapewear based on body type

Every woman has a unique figure with different problems that need to be addressed when it comes to choosing the right shapewear. Below we listed some body types and potential shapewear solutions you can use to achieve your desired silhouette.

    Hourglass

Your buttocks and bust line are well-balanced, and the waist is also defined. Your buttocks are round naturally, and your body is in proportion throughout. You have slightly rounded shoulders that align perfectly with your shapely buttocks, and your legs are in proportion with your upper body.

    Solution

Draw attention to a small waist, accentuate it. Define the waist while proportionally dress the top and bottom of the body.

    Recommendations

    Apple

If your shoulders and bust are larger than your relatively narrow hips, you have what’s known as an inverted triangle or “apple” shape.

    Solution

Add volume to the lower half to balance mid-section. Draw attention away from the tummy to the best attributes (bust & legs).

    Recommendations

    Pear

With this shape, your shoulders and bust are narrower than your hips. You probably have slim arms and a fairly defined waist. Your waist most likely slopes out to your hips.

    Solution

Add detailing and volume on top (minimal on bottom). Emphasize the waist, styles nipped at the waist. De-emphasize the lower body.
